TICKET APPLICATIONS for

WALES 2017 AUTUMN INTERNATIONAL MATCHES

Please be advised that applications are now invited for the forthcoming Wales international rugby matches to be played in Autumn 2017.  

The WRU have changed their ticket distribution policy in order to maximise spectator attendance and it means that the period for Club applications is dramatically reduced.

We have only just been advised of the matches and ticketing price structure but the Club has to apply by 22nd May 2017

We therefore welcome applications (with payments) for the following matches to be submitted by Sunday 21st May 2017.

The Wales matches to be played in the Autumn series are as follows:

v     Australia         Saturday 11th November     (Kick off 5.15pm):  

v     Georgia        Saturday 18th November     (Kick off 2.30pm):  

v     New Zealand    Saturday 25th November     (Kick off 5.15pm)

v     South Africa        Saturday 2nd December         (Kick off 2.30pm)

The ticket prices for the games are as follows:

v     Australia         £70, £60 (£15 for U16s), £45 (£15 for U16s) £35, £25

v     Georgia        £35 / £20 (£10 U16s)

v     New Zealand     £95 / £85 / £75 / £60 / £40

v    South Africa        £70, £60 (£15 for U16s), £45 (£15 for U16s) £35, £25

The figures indicated (  ) are the prices for concessionary tickets for children who must be 16 and under on the day of the fixture

Orders for tickets should be made in writing to the Secretary, Tony Crimp, either at the clubhouse or to 14, Chantry Rise, Penarth, CF64 5RS or by email to anthony.crimp@arcadis.com

The order should clearly state the match, the number of tickets and the preferred price of the tickets. Cheques for the cost of the tickets should be made payable to ‘Old Penarthians RFC’.  Cash payments will be accepted but should be handed to the Secretary in person.  Bank transfers will also be accepted after discussion with the Secretary

TICKETS MAY BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF 21st May 2017 HOWEVER THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE WALES AUTUMN INTERNATIONAL MATCHES IN 2017

The Club apologises for this change of application procedure and the short notice period in which you have to decide what fixtures you wish to attend later in the year.
